개인정보처리방침

Meow Studio(이하 “운영자”)는 Insta Download(앱 표시명: insta_download, Android 패키지: com.meowstudio.insta_download)를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱의 다운로드·브라우저 기능과 광고·구독 기능이 제공되는 버전에서의 정보 처리를 설명합니다. 실제 처리는 사용 중인 기능, 배포 버전, 지역 및 개인정보 선택에 따라 달라집니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

클립보드: 다운로드 탭이 활성화되거나 앱으로 돌아왔을 때, 또는 다시 확인을 누를 때 텍스트를 읽어 Instagram 링크를 찾습니다. 저장은 확인 후 시작됩니다. 관련 없는 클립보드 텍스트를 운영자 서버로 전송하거나 다운로드 기록으로 보관하지 않습니다.
Instagram 브라우저: 앱 내 브라우저는 Instagram에 직접 접속합니다. 로그인 정보는 Instagram 페이지에서 입력하며, 로그인 세션과 쿠키는 기기의 웹뷰에 유지될 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 세션을 사용하여 사용자가 접근 가능한 게시물·스토리를 요청하고 계정명·게시물 식별자·미디어 주소를 처리합니다. 운영자에게 Instagram 비밀번호를 보내는 기능은 없습니다.
저장 파일과 기록: 사진·영상은 기기에 저장합니다. 저장한 게시물 식별자, 계정 식별자·이름·프로필 사진 주소, 저장 시각 및 개수는 계정 목록 표시와 중복 방지를 위해 기기의 앱 데이터에 기록됩니다. 다운로드 기능은 이 파일이나 기록을 운영자의 별도 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 사용자가 켠 기기·갤러리 백업에는 해당 백업 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
기기 설정: Android 버전은 저장 권한 처리에, 기기 지역 설정은 표시 언어 선택에 사용됩니다. 앱은 다운로드를 위해 GPS 위치, 연락처, 마이크 또는 카메라 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
구독: Google Play가 결제를 처리하고 RevenueCat이 구독 확인·복원·유료 기능 제공을 지원합니다. 익명 앱 사용자 식별자, 구매 토큰·거래 및 구독 상태, 기본 앱·기기 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. SDK는 구매하지 않은 사용자에게도 초기화될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 카드번호를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 이 앱은 RevenueCat의 광고 식별자 자동 수집을 꺼두었습니다.
광고: Google AdMob은 광고가 활성화된 버전에서 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 사용 가능), 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적은 광고 제공·측정·분석 및 부정행위 방지입니다. 동의와 기기 설정에 따라 처리가 달라질 수 있습니다.
고객지원: 이메일로 문의하면 회신 주소, 문의 내용 및 직접 제공한 자료를 문의 해결과 개인정보 요청 처리에 사용합니다.

2. 정보를 처리하는 서비스

Instagram/Meta는 웹페이지와 원본 미디어를 제공하고, Google은 Play 결제·광고·동의 처리를, RevenueCat은 구독 관리를 지원합니다. 각 네트워크 서비스는 요청 처리에 필요한 IP 주소 등 연결 정보를 받습니다. 해당 제공자의 인프라에 따라 정보가 거주국 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

이 문서는 GitHub Pages에서 제공되며 GitHub는 웹사이트 보안을 위해 방문자의 IP 주소를 기록합니다. 자세한 내용은 GitHub 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요. 이 문서 페이지에는 별도의 광고나 방문 분석 스크립트를 넣지 않았습니다.

3. 보관 및 삭제

기기에 저장한 사진·영상은 갤러리 또는 파일 앱에서 직접 삭제할 때까지 남을 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제해도 공유 저장소의 파일이 함께 삭제되지는 않을 수 있습니다. 앱 내부 기록과 웹뷰 데이터는 Android의 앱 저장공간에서 데이터 삭제를 통해 지울 수 있습니다. 이 작업은 앱 설정과 로그인 상태도 초기화합니다. 백업에 남은 자료는 해당 백업 서비스에서 별도로 관리하세요.

구독 관련 기록은 구독 확인·복원·지원에 필요한 동안, 고객지원 기록은 문의 해결과 관련 분쟁 대응에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 목적이 끝나거나 유효한 삭제 요청이 확인되면 운영자가 관리하는 자료를 삭제합니다. 법적 보관 의무나 진행 중인 분쟁 때문에 일부를 유지해야 하면 사유를 안내합니다. Google·Meta 등 서비스 제공자가 별도로 관리하는 자료에는 각 제공자의 보관·삭제 정책이 적용됩니다.

운영자가 관리하는 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 meowstudioservice@gmail.com로 보내주세요. 관련 기록을 찾기 위한 최소한의 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다. 구독 문의에는 Google Play 주문번호가 도움이 될 수 있으며, 비밀번호나 카드번호는 보내지 마세요. 데이터 삭제나 앱 삭제만으로 Google Play 정기 결제가 해지되지는 않습니다.

4. 개인정보 선택 및 보안

해당되는 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면에서 선택할 수 있으며, 앱에 “광고 개인정보 설정”이 표시되는 경우 이를 통해 선택을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서도 광고 ID를 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 또는 Pro의 유효한 구독 권한을 확인하면 앱 배너를 제거합니다. 개인정보 선택을 바꿔도 이미 보관된 제공자 기록이 자동으로 모두 삭제되지는 않습니다.

Google 및 RevenueCat SDK는 전송 중 암호화를 사용합니다. 기기 파일에는 운영체제의 저장소 보호가 적용되며, 공유 갤러리에 저장된 파일은 사용자가 권한을 부여한 다른 앱에서 접근할 수 있습니다. 기기와 계정의 접근 권한을 관리해 주세요.

5. 어린이·변경·문의

이 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 설계하지 않았습니다. 어린이 정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 생각하면 연락해 주세요. 처리 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 방침과 시행일을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱에서 알리거나 동의를 받습니다.

Privacy Policy

Meow Studio (“we”) provides Insta Download (app label: insta_download; Android package: com.meowstudio.insta_download). This policy describes the downloader and browser, and versions offering ads and subscriptions. Processing depends on the features you use, app version, region and privacy choices.

1. Information and purposes

Clipboard: The active download tab can check clipboard text when opened, when the app resumes, or when you check again, to recognize Instagram links. Saving starts after confirmation. Unrelated clipboard text is not sent to an operator server or retained in download history.
Instagram browsing: The embedded browser connects directly to Instagram. You enter credentials on Instagram pages; cookies and sessions can remain in the device webview. The app uses that session to request content you can access and process account names, content identifiers and media URLs. It has no feature that sends your Instagram password to us.
Downloads and history: Media stays on your device. Content and account identifiers, names, profile photo URLs, save times and counts are kept in app storage for account display, saved-state indicators and duplicate detection. The download feature does not upload these files or records to a separate server operated by us. Any device or gallery backup you enable follows that backup provider’s policy.
Device settings: Android version informs storage permission handling, and device region informs the display language. Downloading does not require GPS, contacts, microphone or camera access.
Subscriptions: Google Play processes payments; RevenueCat supports validation, restoration and paid access. Processing may include an anonymous app user ID, purchase tokens, transactions, subscription status and basic app/device context. The SDK may initialize for non-paying users too. We do not directly collect card numbers. Automatic advertising-identifier collection is disabled for RevenueCat in this app.
Advertising: In ad-enabled versions, Google AdMob may process IP addresses (including approximate location inference), identifiers such as advertising and app set IDs, interactions and diagnostics, to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance and prevent fraud. Processing can depend on consent and device settings.
Support: We use your reply address, message and materials you choose to send to resolve support and privacy requests.

2. Services involved

Instagram/Meta provides pages and source media; Google supports Play billing, ads and consent; RevenueCat supports subscriptions. Network providers receive connection data such as IP addresses needed to handle requests. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country.

These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. These document pages include no additional ads or analytics scripts.

3. Retention and deletion

Saved media may remain until you delete it through your gallery or file manager; uninstalling may not remove files in shared storage. Android’s clear-app-data control can remove internal history and webview data, and also resets settings and sign-in state. Manage any backup copies with the backup provider.

Subscription records are retained as needed for validation, restoration and support; support records are retained as needed to resolve enquiries and associated disputes. We delete information we control when its purpose ends or a valid deletion request is verified, subject to legal obligations or active disputes. We explain any applicable retention reason. Independently held provider records follow that provider’s retention policy.

To request access, correction or deletion of information we control, contact meowstudioservice@gmail.com. We may request minimal verification to locate the records. A Google Play order number can help with purchase requests; do not send passwords or card numbers. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Play subscription.

4. Choices and security

Where applicable, use the consent form and the app’s “Ad privacy options” entry when shown to revisit choices. Android settings also offer advertising-ID controls. Verified Ad Free or Pro access removes the app banner. Changing choices does not automatically erase every record already held by providers.

Google and RevenueCat SDKs encrypt data in transit. Device storage is protected by the operating system; other apps you authorize may access media saved in the shared gallery. Protect access to your device and accounts.

5. Children, updates and contact

The app is not designed for children. Contact us if you believe a child’s data has been processed inappropriately. If our practices change, we update this page and effective date and provide in-app notice or seek consent where required.
