이용약관
이 약관은 Meow Studio가 제공하는 Insta Download(앱 표시명: insta_download, 패키지: com.meowstudio.insta_download)의 이용 조건을 설명합니다.
1. 서비스와 콘텐츠 이용
앱은 사용자가 접근하고 저장할 권한이 있는 Instagram 사진·영상·게시물·스토리를 기기에 저장하는 기능을 제공합니다. 이용자는 본인의 콘텐츠 또는 권리자의 허락 등 적법한 근거가 있는 콘텐츠만 저장·이용해야 합니다. 앱을 이용한다고 콘텐츠의 저작권이나 재배포 권리를 취득하는 것은 아닙니다.
타인의 저작권·초상권·개인정보를 침해하거나, 접근 제한·보호조치를 우회하거나, 관련 법령과 이용 중인 외부 서비스의 조건을 위반하는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 로그인 및 접근 가능 여부는 Instagram이 관리합니다. 이 앱은 Instagram 또는 Meta가 제공하거나 승인한 공식 서비스가 아닙니다.
2. 무료 기능과 월간 구독
광고·구독 기능이 제공되는 버전의 기본 구성은 다음과 같습니다. 실제 제공 여부와 구매 가능한 상품은 앱 및 Google Play 구매 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Pro 가격에는 광고 제거가 포함됩니다. 위 달러 가격은 미국 기준이며, 실제 청구 통화·현지 가격·세금·결제 시점은 Google Play 결제 화면의 조건을 따릅니다. 광고 제거는 이 앱이 제공하는 배너와 저장 전 광고에 적용되며 Instagram 웹사이트 자체에 표시되는 광고까지 제거하는 기능은 아닙니다.
무료 사용자의 게시물·스토리 저장에는 보상형 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다. 저장 전 안내에서 광고 시청을 선택하고 시청을 완료한 후 광고 화면을 닫으면 선택한 게시물의 사진·동영상 또는 스토리 하나를 저장합니다. 중간에 광고를 닫으면 해당 저장을 취소합니다. 광고 로드 실패나 광고 요청이 불가능한 경우에는 해당 저장을 광고 없이 허용할 수 있습니다. 광고 시청은 Pro 권한이나 일괄 저장 권한을 제공하지 않으며, 콘텐츠 접근·저장 권한 및 다운로드 성공을 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 결제·자동 갱신·변경
구독은 Google Play를 통해 결제되며 해지하지 않으면 매월 자동 갱신됩니다. 다음 결제를 원하지 않으면 구매에 사용한 Google 계정의 정기 결제 관리 화면에서 다음 갱신 전에 해지하세요. 앱 삭제나 데이터 삭제만으로 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다.
앱 내 Ad Free에서 Pro로의 업그레이드는 기존 구독을 교체하도록 요청합니다. 남은 기간의 반영, 최종 금액과 갱신일은 Google Play 확인 화면을 확인하세요. 앱 내 Pro에서 Ad Free로의 즉시 하향 전환은 제공하지 않습니다.
구매 복원은 구매에 사용한 Google 계정과 유효한 구독 확인이 필요합니다. 네트워크 또는 스토어 확인 지연으로 권한 반영이 늦어질 수 있습니다. 무료 사용, 기존 유효 구독의 확인·복원, 신규 판매의 제공 여부는 서로 다를 수 있습니다.
4. 해지·환불·지원
Google Play 정기 결제 관리에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 일반적인 해지는 다음 갱신을 중지하며 이미 결제한 기간의 권한은 만료일까지 유지됩니다. 환불·결제 취소 시에는 권한이 더 일찍 종료될 수 있습니다. 환불은 Google Play의 적용 정책 및 관련 법률에 따라 처리되며, 이 약관은 법률이 보장하는 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

5. 이용 가능성과 변경
Instagram의 페이지 구조·정책, 게시물 삭제·만료, 접근 권한, 네트워크 및 저장 공간에 따라 다운로드가 실패하거나 기능이 달라질 수 있습니다. 구독은 모든 콘텐츠의 다운로드 성공을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 파일은 사용자가 별도로 보관해야 합니다.
서비스·상품·가격·이 약관을 변경하는 경우 변경 내용과 시행 시점을 알리고, 관련 법률 및 Google Play가 요구하는 고지·동의 절차를 따릅니다. 법률에 따라 배제할 수 없는 운영자의 책임과 이용자의 권리는 유지됩니다.

These terms describe use of Insta Download, provided by Meow Studio (app label: insta_download; package: com.meowstudio.insta_download).
1. Service and content rights
The app saves Instagram media that you can access and are authorized to save. Save and use only your own content or content for which you have the rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis. Using the app does not grant copyright or redistribution rights.
Do not infringe copyright, image or privacy rights, bypass access restrictions or protective measures, or violate applicable law or the external service’s terms. Instagram controls sign-in and access. The app is not an official, endorsed or affiliated Instagram/Meta service.
2. Free access and monthly subscriptions
For versions offering ads and subscriptions, the plan structure is below. Check the app and Play purchase screen for available features and products.

Pro includes ad removal. These are US reference prices; the Google Play checkout governs local currency, price, tax and billing timing. Ad removal covers app banners and pre-download ads, not advertisements shown by the Instagram website itself.
Free post and story saves may offer a rewarded ad. Opt in on the save prompt, complete the ad and close its screen to save the selected post photos and videos or one story. Closing early cancels that save. If an ad fails to load or cannot be requested, that save may proceed without an ad. Watching an ad does not grant Pro or bulk access, content access or saving rights, or guarantee a successful download.
3. Billing, renewal and changes
Google Play handles billing. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. To prevent the next charge, cancel before renewal in the subscription controls of the Google account used to purchase. Uninstalling or clearing data does not cancel.
An in-app upgrade from Ad Free to Pro requests replacement of the existing subscription. Check Play’s confirmation for remaining-time adjustments, the final charge and renewal date. Immediate in-app downgrades from Pro to Ad Free are not offered.
Restoring requires the purchasing Google account and a valid entitlement. Network or store verification delays may delay access. Free use, restoration of existing access and availability of new subscriptions can differ.
4. Cancellation, refunds and support
Manage cancellation in Google Play subscriptions. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and generally preserves access through the paid period; refunds or reversals can end access earlier. Refunds follow applicable Google Play policies and law. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

5. Availability and updates
Downloads can fail or change because of Instagram updates and policies, removed or expired content, access restrictions, connectivity or available storage. A subscription does not guarantee that every item can be downloaded. Keep your own copies of important files.
When services, plans, prices or these terms change, we provide notice of the changes and their effective timing and follow notification and consent requirements under applicable law and Google Play rules. Non-excludable operator liabilities and user rights remain unaffected.
